"My first interaction with Campus2Corporate was when they arranged a seminar in my college and we had to attend it as part of the campus recruitment training that we were undergoing in the college. Once I attended the seminar, I made up my mind to enroll in the competition that was being conducted. I thought it was a good way to start competing with peers across regions and understand how I can improve my abilities and succeed in getting a job when I start attending campus recruitments. There were 5 rounds in total which started from competing with my college peers to competing with people at the national level with people from some of the finest educational institutions in the country. It was a very unique experience that i was fortunate enough to participate in, given that we were going to be attending interviews a few months from then and this contest was kind of a simulation which benefited me a lot. I was able to clear the first three rounds which were assessing Geenral Awareness, Communication and Presentation. Attitude and behaviour skills was then thrusted into the zonal level as part of the 4th round. Unfortunately i couldn't cross that, but the four rounds that i participated in gave me a great sense of understanding on where i was at that point in terms of my skills(both functional and non-functional) and what are the key areas that i would need to address going forward and ensure the mistakes which i made are not repeated again. Due to this extremely benefitting experience, my campus recruitment experience in my final year was very good, given the fact that i was well prepared and the campus2corporate contest gave me a headstart in terms of preparation for the transition to real time interviews being taken by company reps in the recruitment process. And I was able to nail one of the interviews and secure a job in an Indian MNC. I was able to take my experience in the C2C contest and use it to improve my abilities wherever i was lacking and i am thankful that the C2C team and their contest was one of the contributors in my success to secure a job through campus recruitment which , till date remains one of my most fondest memories of my college years. So whoever gets to read this, i strongly believe that if you practice something previously, knowing that you would be required to face those challenges sometime in the near future, this course is a good platform to make a SWOT analysis of your abilities to improve yourself and make the transition to the real corporate environment better equipped."

"When I joined IIM Raipur in 2016, I was a fresher with Computer Science engineering getting completed a day before my induction to the top tier- B school.I was not completely aware of the expectations during the course and specifically once I move to the corporate world.Either this could have been learned through round of trainings or workshops, however I came across a nation wide competition of Campus 2 Corporate where I would learn by competing with my fellow students from all the management schools across the nation.The way competition was designed included content writing, interviews, knowledge around current business happenings, etc.I was lucky enough to score AIR3 and was called to Mumbai for facilitation.Even the award ceremony had top dignitaries from various segments of corporate and I remember during high Tea, Jayasree (who was one of the organizer) walked up to me and said why you standing alone and not utilizing this to interact with the guests we have.I was new to this being fresher, but this personal touch helped me break the boundary and start mingling with the guests and other winners.
